Ingredients
- 250 mL (1 cup), 33% Whipping Cream
- 125 mL (½ cup) Mayonnaise
- 1 clove chopped Garlic
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh Parsley
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh Basil
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh Thyme
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh Salt
- To taste Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold in mayonnaise, garlic and herbs. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon into a ramekin. Serve with fried mozzarella sticks or raw vegetables.
