Prosciutto And Dijon Cream Buns
Ingredients
- 250 mL (1 cup) 33% Whipping Cream Whipping Cream
- 75 mL (⅓ cup) Dijon Mustard
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) Mayonnaise
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) Basil
- 4 Olive Bread Buns
- 4 Lettuce
- 12 slices Prosciutto
- To taste Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
- Add Dijon mustard, mayonnaise and basil.
- Slice open olive bread buns and place a lettuce leaf on each bottom half.
- Top with 3 slices of prosciutto and a dollop of Dijon cream.
- Pepper to taste.
- Repeat for remaining buns. Close buns with top halves.
