Ingredients

Serves 2 generously, or 4 as a light starter

  • 2 cups frozen local blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup kefir or yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp local honey
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients and whirl in blender or food processor. Top with local raspberries, granola or whatever your heart desires.
