Creamy Trout And Vegetable Packet
Ingredients
- 45 mL (3 tbsp) Cream
- 1 Trout Fillet
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) dry White Wine
- 125 mL (½ cup) julienned Vegetables (carrots, leeks, celery, etc.)
- Carrots
- Leeks
- Celery
- Pepper
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) finely sliced Mint
- To taste Salt
- To taste Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
- Set oven to 400°F
- Place trout fillet in centre of a large sheet of foil.
- Add remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Carefully fold in all edges to seal.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes on barbecue or in oven.
