Creamy Trout And Vegetable Packet

Ingredients

  • 45 mL (3 tbsp) Cream
  • 1 Trout Fillet
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) dry White Wine
  • 125 mL (½ cup) julienned Vegetables (carrots, leeks, celery, etc.)
  • Carrots
  • Leeks
  • Celery
  • Pepper
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) finely sliced Mint
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 400°F
  2. Place trout fillet in centre of a large sheet of foil.
  3. Add remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Carefully fold in all edges to seal.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes on barbecue or in oven.
