Donut Pudding
Ingredients
- 8 Eggs
- 250 mL (1 cup) Sugar
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) Vanilla
- 500 mL (2 cups) 33% Whipping Cream
- 250 mL (1 cup) Milk
- 12 cubed Honey Donuts
- 125 mL (½ cup) Maple Butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, stir together eggs, sugar, vanilla, cream and milk.
- Add donut cubes and fold in.
- Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Evenly divide half of mixture among 6, ½ cup (125 mL) ramekins.
- Top with maple butter.
- Evenly divide remaining mixture to fill ramekins. Bake for about 40 minutes.
- Serve warm.
